Gem of the Sound Tour Queenstown to Queenstown

The JUCY Gem glass roof coach is all about premium experience.

With a little later pickup time than most trips a leisure breakfast is possible before joining the coach and a magical journey into Fiordland National Park & Milford Sound. Pickups are made between 9:10-9:45am depending on your accommodation. Once on the coach you can enjoy some of the world’s most magnificent scenery unfold from the large coach windows and from the twin LCD screens projecting a live image from the front of the coach.

At about 11:50am a 30 minute stop is made in Te Anau, a stunning little town nestled on the shores of Lake Te Anau and gateway to the world heritage area of Fiordland National Park. Here you will have time for a look around or grab a coffee and bite to eat. From Te Anau the trip travels along the shores of Lake Te Anau before entering Fiordland National Park via the Eglington Valley. Within the park numerous stops are made at stunning locations for photos and at a couple of really special places there are short nature walks, so please where some reasonably sturdy shoes and enjoy.

Once at Milford Sound you will join luxury appointed catamaran, a three deck vessel with great scenic viewing inside and out. While on board our friend staff will treat you to a scrumptious “High Tea at Sea” while we show off the wonders of this glacially sculpture fiord. If you want, we’ll even invite you to take a shower in the most pristine water on the planet as we nose into the 146m high Sterling Falls.

Returns approximately 9:20pm

Ferry Inclusions:  Glass roof viewing  - High definition remote camera playing on 5 TV screens throughout the boat, Free Tea and Coffee, Informative commentary from the skipper, large front viewing deck, top sun roof deck, central heating system anti-fog windows.
